Alice In Wonderland!


Wow. This looks A.M.A.Z.I.N.G. With capitals and full stops. A potential new favourite film?

I hope it is good. But really how could it not be?

有民眾認為,吃素可以比較健康,結果有民眾吃素30年,卻引發腎臟功能惡化,醫師提醒 千萬別掉入「吃素就健康」的陷阱,尤其是慢性腎臟病人,要避免加工食品,吃的方法很重要,建議水煮、避免高鉀、高磷,清淡為主。

放眼望去通通都是素的,現代人養生意識抬頭,不少吃素族群原以為吃素會相對健康,但其實只要吃得方法不對,疾病同樣會找上門,台中慈濟醫院就有一病例是84歲的美國女婿,跟隨妻子吃素30年卻罹患腎臟病末期,還患了尿毒症鬼門關前走了一圈
其實吃素不一定是健康的,我們還是要注意,對慢性腎臟疾病民眾來說,飲食方面最重要,第一個就要低蛋白飲食,高蛋白東西如果你吃多的話,可能會增加腎臟負擔,讓腎功能壞的更快,炒菜的那些湯汁就倒醫師強調,千萬別掉入吃素就健康的陷阱,尤其慢性腎臟病人要避免加工食品,選擇當季新鮮蔬菜水果,最重要的就是烹調方法,最好像是素料的這些加工品,不管是素魚排或是素貢丸甚至蒟蒻的加工製品的話,其實它都會多少添加一些香料,裡面的沙拉油,甚至磷含量很高,這些磷含量如果吃太多的時候,它是一種無機磷,這種無機磷會螯合我們身體鈣質,很容易造成我們鈣質攝取量不足,吸收率不足就會導致骨質疏鬆。

提醒民眾,不要因為吃素,就掉以輕心,以為比吃葷的健康,重點在食材,要選擇原型食物,烹調避免油炸和重口味,對於吃素民眾,營養師建議 ,選擇低蛋白飲食,補充營養才能均衡。
是水煮 ,少油、少鹽、清淡為主。掉不要吃,只吃蔬果就好。
